GrandCoach's heart accelerated while watching Dyce🎲Cube🧊 weight room workout with his Daddy (Dustin). Dakota is on deck and Dawson is in the hole....GrandCoach standing on 10 toes.🙏🏻✝️🙌❣️
Join me live at 6 pm for 1stand45 with Coach Fitz Hill on either Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. I will review learned lessons from working Juveniles currently in state custody.
The Department of Justice reports that upon release, over 80% of Juveniles sentenced to state custody will reoffend in five years with the average prison sentence of 12 years.
META24 educational approach to applied learning teaching skills to pay the bills, so you don't have to rob and steal to live is the best I've seen to date.
Get in the game tonight. We aim to bring Glory to God's story.🙏🏻✝️🙌
Join me at 6 pm for 1stand45 with Coach Fitz Hill. Tonight I will continue to identify social determinants birthing the Black male homicide epidemic responsible for the leading cause of death for African American males ages 1 to 44.

Tom Brady reveals the overlooked reason practice squad players never succeed in the NFL
It’s not a lack of talent.
Brady watched it happen for 20 years. The pattern was undeniable.
As soon as a practice squad player got promoted and had to perform under real pressure, they crumbled. It took years for Brady to understand why.
“There’s 53 guys on the active roster and there’s now 15 guys on the practice squad. So there’s 68 players. But those practice squad players are important because if anybody on the active roster gets hurt, they can get elevated to the squad.”
“These scout team receivers would come in and practice with the scout team and they do really well. And I’d be watching. I’m like, ‘Man, we got to get that guy. Let’s get him up on offense. He’s making a lot of plays.’”
“Then all of a sudden, we’re like, ‘Hey man, you’re doing really well. You got to come over here and deal with the pressure of succeeding now that you have expectation.’”
“And these guys are like, they weren’t prepared for it. So whatever we saw in practice against where there was not a lot of pressure, now when they’re put in a situation where there’s an expectation for performance, they’ve never had to personally deal with that and then they fail.”
“And then what I realized was a lot of guys on those practice squads, they don’t want to be elevated to the roster.”
“They’re very happy living this life where they could tell their family and friends, which I have no problem with that. But the reality is a lot of guys don’t want the pressure of dealing with top.”
Twenty years in the league and seven Super Bowl rings later, Brady learned that talent wasn’t the hardest thing to find.
It was people who actually wanted the pressure that comes with being great.
The Black Coaches Association proudly congratulates Coach Mitch Johnson on leading the San Antonio Spurs (@spurs) to the 2026 NBA Finals in his first full season as head coach.
Mitch Johnson is proof that patience, preparation, and loyalty still matter.
He waited his turn.
He learned under one of the greatest coaches in basketball history.
He stayed committed to the process.
And now, in his first full season as head coach, he has led the Spurs to the NBA Finals.
Everybody wants the spotlight.
Not everybody is willing to do the work in the shadows.
Coach Johnson’s journey is a reminder that success is rarely overnight. It is built through years of sacrifice, growth, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to the craft.
Congratulations, Coach Mitch Johnson.
Your journey reminds us all that when preparation meets opportunity, great things happen.

Today at 11 am on the campus of Arkansas Baptist College, we will graduate Cohort # 2 of the Division of Youth Services (DYS) from The META24 Workforce Entrepreneurial Bootcamp. Fifteen young men camped out with Coach Hill for three weeks.
During this intense educational camp, I challenged the young men to look at the man in the mirror and make a positive change to pursue their God given purposes.
Interesting, I've learned much being around these young men. In each instance, when I have called, they have balled. They are my boys and I have named them, Coach Hill's Crew.
This video brought tears to my eyes. I'm so proud of what they have accomplished in three weeks. But we are just getting started. This was just their launching pad.🙏🏻✝️🙌❣️
It has been 15 straight days where they had to wake up, show up, and follow up so Arkansas Baptist College staff can love them, feed them, and give each student fresh Godly expectations for their lives.
The META24 Workforce Entrepreneurial Bootcamp is designed to be a transformative educational experience. We believe once the brain is stretched, it never regains its original dimensions.
So proud of Coach Hill's "Get Right Crew". Please join us either Thursday or Friday at 11 am on the camous of ABC to see what the young men have accomplished the last three weeks.
Stay tuned for specific information regarding the Open House to demonstrate our new Box Academy and META24 Graduation Ceremonies.
I've learned much working with these young men over the last two weeks. Week three on deck with the goal of finishing strong in The META24 Workforce Entrepreneurial Bootcamp.
Fifteen young men are enrolled in our entrepreneurial, life skills, and physical education classes to assist in helping reset their lives. In this intensive academic Bootcamp, we stress that in America, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are available to all; however, each day, it must be pursued relentlessly.
A major goal of this transformational educational experience is to stretch the minds and bodies of each student with unwavering support. The META24 Curriculum offers incredible engaging educational support systems towards the desired academic achievements.
At 11 am on Thursday, May 28th of this week, the 15 DYS students will participate in a 45 minute boxing exhibition. This demonstration will share the drills and skills learned to enhance their WILL, ATTITUDES, and RESILIENCY in their personal lives.
This event will be held at the WAR @ ABC Boxing Academy located at 1523 MLK Drive. This facility is adjacent to the First Security Bank Community Union Building.
On Friday, May 29th at 11:00, we will host the graduation ceremonies for Cohort # 2, while also awarding the Certificates of Entrepreneurship to four DYS students who were part of Cohort # 1.
