Now @nammayatri cab drivers have started asking extra fare as they say they are compensated less. Twice it happened and I had to cancel in both instances.
Such a terrible Customer service by @myntra@MyntraSupport where we have to chase the customer support for days to get a resolution. Despite having agreed to resolve by 9th, there's no update and now been asked to wait until 13th "for related information".
The #KSEB IVR is non-functional now. The only mode to register complaint is one contact number which is mostly busy and unable to accept customer complaints. Section offices are obviously busy attending to on-ground issues. @CMOKerala@KKrishnankutty6

@ZeptoNow only delivers the cafe part of my total order(~1.4k) and when I raise the issue over chat, the exec is simply asking to wait.. 2 min, again for 2 min and again for 2 min..delayed ack too.

Hey @Olacabs the driver charged me toll fare despite me saying that it's included in the fare. I've the payment screenshot if you would like to have a proof. There was no option to convey this over platform. Tbh, I tried.
