Recruitment is crucial to the PHC remodelling in Oyo state. It will be unfair for matrons near retirement or who love to move on, to go away with their experiences without passing them on. We advise that @OyoPHC_board @oyostategovt be swift in recruiting qualified personnel

We commend your prompt response to the issue of a common business plan by the Primary Healthcare facilities in the state that was raised a few days ago. In this light, we will love to reveal to you without an iota of doubt

that as we speak, across the local governments, facilities heads are writing the same business plan irrespective of their needs. We are therefore, appealing to the

3. Did the OIC consult relevant stakeholders when writing the business plan?
We are asking in view of some rearing important needs showing up and are not captured by the uniform plan adopted by the PHCs.

We commend the @OyoPHC_board and @oyostategovt for facilitating the speedy release of the Basic HealthCare Provision Fund to the PHCs across the state.
However, we discovered that the PHCs across the local government areas are using

a uniform business plan when their plans are supposed to be needs-based.
We, therefore, wish to ask:
1. Should the business plans be uniform or based on the needs of the facility?
2. Should their peculiar needs be put into consideration when writing the business plan?
