Last year I caught up with @JamesMackChef at the @pipeandglass for a food demo. The weather was stunning, the food even better and I'm finally publishing today to remind us of what I hope we can look forward to again in the nearest possible future. https://t.co/27z7eKZjYc
@GaryUsher_Chef And for what it’s worth, seeing you and others tweet with positivity really helps. It’s the right kind of infection we need right now! x
@GaryUsher_Chef Good morning! Sipping on coffee and listening to a podcast right now. Getting up and at ‘em for the day ahead shortly. Show must go on, amiright?
@GaryUsher_Chef This makes me sad (that you have to do this) and swell with happiness (at your shining example and generous leadership) all at the same time. Wishing you and your teams well, Gary x
@PaulAinsw6rth Is this actually happening?! FFS! You and @SusanCalman were great! And the new format has made @GBMofficial more interesting in my view. Having a host will give it a constant thread throughout that I like the idea of. Keep up the good work!
Nice start to this season of #GreatBritishMenu. And a helpful, timely reminder that hospitality is an industry rich with talent and creativity that deserves to be supported through #covid19UK, both by central government and the general public (under safe circumstances).
Was that actually @PaulAinsw6rth walking up the corridor on #gbm ? I’m not convinced... like the new format though (so far). Should shake things up a bit.
So far the trickiest part of editing my chef videos is undoubtedly finding the right music... maybe I need to teach myself to be a composer too, using Garage Band. Actually, maybe not.
