Also, the HM speaking about Manipur cannot be counted for PM's silence today.

I personally know people who would have literally killed to become doctors but I fail to understand why these aspirational healthcare professionals are severely absent from Govt Healthcare centres in large numbers?

Is govt the only entity to be blamed ?
