@g__j@OctopusEnergy any chance of a reply in our ongoing (but now very one sided) conversation regarding the “bait and switch” you pulled when I fixed my OIG. No replies on here yesterday, totally being ignored now I’m not going away.
@PerspectiveNode@tesla_jokes I think personally that’s the worst of all worlds.
I could pay £20 for this long journey for FSD or I could just drive it and save £20.
I suspect most people would end up driving it.
Regardless at 99 GBP/mo it’s also too expensive, 10 or 20 it’s much more attractive.
@g__j honestly had enough now. Your link in the the email to fix didn’t work, when I fixed via postcode the rate I ended ip on had 2p extra peak and 10p extra SC. Bait and switch. DM’d OE on here, responses stopped at 11am. Shocking.
I tried to fix for months but was only ever show options to fix for standard tariffs. I was annoyed when the paltry unit rate saving went live last month, but hiked my standing charge, now I’m just feeling scammed and conned.
@OctopusEnergy are you just ignoring my earlier tweet? You’ve responded to tweets posted after mine.
The fixed rate OIG bait and switch that you’ve executed isn’t going to go away by ignoring me.
@OctopusEnergy Still waiting. Hours since the last DM response, not even an acknowledgment of to tell me that it’s being investigated.
This is doing nothing but make an already angry customer more angry.
@OctopusEnergy@agile_phil what’s with the bait and switch you have done? Email telling me rates going up, telling me I can fix, link didn’t work in email, went through the website options for IOG and the tariff you showed me before I pressed go is different to what I got.
@OctopusEnergy why did you bait and switch me? On IOG, got the email yesterday telling you’re hiking my rates but I can fix, I reluctantly fixed last night to find you have given me considerably a worse tariff than the one shown during fixing, utter scam.
@OctopusEnergy well done. The ultimate is sleight of hand, passing on the government charges but upping the standing charge by 5p. I’ve seen your replies to others, not impressed. Extremely poor timing and I didn’t have an option to fix otherwise I would have.
@MouserElec what is going on with you these days? order taking a long time to progress and just got an email saying the MAX3232 had been removed due to export restrictions to the UK? Seriously? An RS242 transceiver I can buy here anyway. Odd.
@elonmusk any idea why (UK) my model 3 with newly enabled grok decided to mid conversation start talking in my voice? My wife and I had this earlier, no idea what triggered it and it was, well, a bit freaky.
@totalphase is there an issue with data center on macOS Tahoe? When I launch it all that happens is the icon bumps up and down for several minutes but it never opens.
@elonmusk time for me to tweet the same thing again. Please can we have the ability to have more control in the app for route planning, the ability to remove all stops like you can on the car, and the ability to see the departure % from a SUC, even better change the %.
@enhauto Yes. The wipers are absolutely useless in the UK, they don’t work. Well they do sometimes, if it’s a lovely sunny day they’ll randomly give a wipe, pouring rain? Nah, we’ll just keep them off for you.
@enhauto here’s an idea….how about you create a real rain sensor that can be mounted onto the windscreen and have the commander control the wipers, because quite frankly the Tesla auto wipers are beyond garbage using the cameras.
Happy to beta test it for you! 🤣
@OctopusEnergy I have had a long drawn out saga that started in August with replacement of SMETS1 meter with SMETS2. Finally last week the meters started working together. Home mini arrived, but after adding it it just disappears in the app? Tried 5x, always disappears. Help.
