@BritishGas I have waited in all afternoon for an engineer to then get a text at 5.05pm to say they aren’t coming? I then contact customer support to ask how this was acceptable to not let us know sooner that we wouldn’t be seen today for them to say we didn’t have an 1/2

@BritishGas an appointment booked with them? Which is rubbish as I have emails to prove I do, I also have texts sent to let us know the engineer was on his way yet he never showed up! I am appalled at this service & would like to know how this is acceptable?! 2/2
