@uber how can I help a friend that lost his phone. He left it in an Uber on the way to the airport. He just caught a plane to France. I’m still here in town, none of the ‘Help’ items on the website are helpful. How can we get his phone back? I can appreciate good security, but there has to be a way. His wife can text from the plane. What can we do to solve this?
Hey @TMobile your website says the Apple Watch Ultra 2 supports 5G, but the Apple site shows that it only supports 4G LTE, but not 5G. Can you confirm?

The police, sheriff, aren’t going to do shit. They’ll tell you to go to court and get an eviction notice.
@TMobile customer service is worthless. We had a phone stolen, filed ins claim, sent replacement, activated it, 4 days later, no one can get it to work. hour on chat, hour on phone, 2 hrs in store 1 day, hr on phone, another hr in store next day, still not working. Bye T-Mobile.
