@SpencerJCox Limit watering to twice/week for 30 minutes at a time, only between 10pm and 6am. And HEAVY fines for violators. I don't even care if some of these are using grey water; the optics still is terrible, and the state (and state's businesses) need to set the example.

@SpencerJCox Unfortunately, Gov. @spencerjcox, until you can get businesses to stop watering grass 4-5 days per week, for seemingly hours in the hottest part of the day, with much of that water running off sidewalks & into the street, then you haven't done jack to protect our water supply.
