At the same time, Ethereum reclaimed $3K with no retest.
A show of strength.
Yet Bitcoin dominance is slipping... and that’s a tell.
If it closes below 64.34%, expect capital rotation.
Not from BTC to ETH. From majors to the margins.

And that’s exactly where the velocity is.
Not in infrastructure. In speculation.
$FARTCOIN did +14%. $PUMP is chasing fib extensions like it’s 2021.
Retail is back. But it’s not investing - it’s playing.

Meanwhile, institutional flows are building elsewhere.
Rare earths. DoD contracts. Strategic commodities.
MP Materials tripled. METC is rallying on defense-grade deposits.
Different risk curve. Same energy: directional bets on volatility.

The irony?
Retail is chasing dopamine. Institutions are hedging war.

So builders face a choice:
Do you ride the noise?
Or do you read the narrative, and position before the next shift?

The bull is real. But it’s fractured.
Momentum is everywhere. Conviction is scarce.
Act accordingly.
