@premium I decided to cancel my subscription today. The features for the basic subscription don't meet my needs and I just don't want it any longer. I set it up today.

Being told to message @premium on x to cancel. I cannot do this because your system does not recognize me as having a subscription. I'm getting a pop up that says "I need to pay for a subscription so that I can message @ premium" .

I need somebody to manually cancel my subscription. Thank you
