@amandafarah Thanks- I also keep microwave sticky rice cups around for when cooking is an issue- they’re usually 1 min in microwave and ready to go

@amandafarah Well whenever I’ve been sick they say BRAT- Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast.
Applesauce and bananas should be a good no-cook option and toast is minimal cooking? But I hear ya, I have been battling one myself. Not fun!
