Kids in the age group of 3-7 years can speak atleast 1 language. Yet, they struggle to communicate their feelings. They explain in long winded sentences, stuttering in between. Half way itself, you get what the kid is trying to explain, yet you try to listen patiently.

"The great mystery about contingency (interdependence, connectedness and complexity) is not so much that the world could have been otherwise, but that it is contingently ordered."
- Paul Davies, The Mind of God

The Most Important Thing
The most important thing in life is FREEDOM.
Freedom to live life on one's own terms, pursue one's innate passions & curiosities.
This freedom can be briddled in many ways. Hence, it can be classified into many kinds based on "freedom from what?"
Do not take relationship with any person, who really matter to you, for granted. The least you can do: when he/she speaks, you:
stop what you're doing (scrolling ur mobile)
look into their eyes
smile
listen with genuine interest
don't cut the conversation
nod
ask questions or nod
If you're struggling to give enough time to your loved ones do atleast this:
Just for 5 minutes a day, keep your mobile aside, ask your loved one (spouse, mother, kid) an open ended question. As they answer listen with smile and full eye contact.
20% effort-80% effect!
“In India, barring a few communities (Gujarati, Marwadi), in other communities, not enough time is spend on learning Investing.”
“People are taught to spend a lot of time studying, but Investing is a skill set which is equally important.”
- S. Naren
Countries like Australia, Singapore, New Zealand have already made financial literacy a part of the school curriculum.
India’s financialization is underway, but people are not well equipped to handle it.
"Over time, myths and mistrusts get thrown around so often they eventually feel familiar and start to sound like the truth." - Gary Keller, The One Thing
2) Rather trick yourself into developing useful beliefs - Use the power of stories to your advantage. Tell those lies to yourself repeatedly that can improve your self belief. This trick is called autosuggestion.
I recommend this Ted Talk by Amy Cuddy..

Solar panels will cover 280 square miles of salt desert near the border with Pakistan by 2029. The Khavda solar park will be the world’s largest, with a 30 gigawatt (GW) capacity (enough to power Austria). India’s installed solar capacity has been growing by 40% a year.
Solar panels are increasingly manufactured in India, with solar module manufacturing capacity up 200% since 2024. More than $1.2 billion worth of solar panels were exported last year.
India intends to be the first major country to power its industrialization predominantly with solar energy.

The India Glucose Calendar.
It's not just about the sugar you add to your tea.
The total glucose your body sees throughout the day often comes from a combination of added sugars and carbohydrate-rich foods.
Increasing proteins while lowering overall carbohydrates will benefit all.
Awareness is the first step toward better metabolic health.
Note:
This poster illustrates the approximate glucose equivalent produced from commonly consumed carbohydrate-rich foods and added sugars. Actual values vary with portion size and preparation.
@moneyworks4u_fa The Domain of Business is (as Taleb puts it) extremistan.
And extremistan dwells in extreme value deviations. Such observations are rule, not exceptions!
