1/ @FlySWISS lost my baggage over a month ago, lied about it, passed responsibility between airports, ghosted me after promising compensation follow-up, and left me rebuilding my life from scratch in a new country. Hereโs the timeline.
I spoke to customer care. They were kind, but the delivery agent was purely disappointing. And this isn't the first time. They believe, and it seems kind of true, that we're at their mercy to get our products delivered at all. Doesn't matter you're paying full price.
@amazonIN
Customer service in Tier 2 cities id terrible. Ordered stuff in Phagwara, and the delivery agent flatly refused to deliver. Asked him where he is, his reply "Phagwara". Asked him to come to a landmark. He said "I'll see if I can deliver".
Dissappointing.
So, next time you wish to see peace, try and talk to the people across the border, and tell them to not instigate India. Tell them to not test our patience.
Because India is not going to be quiet for peace. India's reply is going to be nothing short of Operation Sindoor.
A thread:
To all those saying "de-escalate war" or promoting hashtags like #Nowarinpunjab
I am a proud citizen of Punjab. I live within a 30 km radius from the area targeted by Pakistani drones yesterday.
Yesterday night we saw what war would mean to us.

In case you don't remember, Kashmiri Hindus were told "Ralive, Tsaliv ya Galive (convert, leave or perish)". FYI, they were also told that if they wish to leave, they should leave their women behind.
The prime idea being to take away women's SINDOOR.
