I recently wrote about the confrontation at a yoga studio in Minneapolis that sparked a conversation about the role of yoga in political activism. So what do you think? Is yoga political? https://t.co/JqE2FNUjo0
Lately, I’ve been doing a lot more of something eIse that I love - writing! And I’m sharing it all with you on Substack. Join me as I chat about how US immigration policy is transforming your yoga studio and how a year without Target changed how I shop at https://t.co/OAMgplZcTb.
I’m making a change and moving to Substack. I’m more excited about this than I’ve been about anything in a long time. Join me at https://t.co/K6ulDigKJ6.
Remember when quarantine forced us to pause. We took time to focus on what we truly wanted. We made banana bread. We pursued our passions and prioritized self care. Not a day goes by that I don’t remember this and how good it felt to see you all making banana bread.
There are only 2️⃣ more spots in my Mom & Me yoga class tomorrow! I'd love to see you there. https://t.co/Nf2jULkdg5 #ColumbiaSC#BullStreetSC#SodaCityLiving
This could be you when you join me for the Reset Retreat on June 14. This retreat is your chance to step away from the daily grind and recommit to your health.

If you’ve been meaning to get back into a consistent routine, now is the perfect time. And you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to support you, one class at a time. Can’t wait to welcome you into the #BullStreetDistrict studio.
The best results come when you show up consistently. Even just one or two classes a week can make a difference in how you feel, move, and show up in your day.
Special thanks to the woman who shouted "that's amazing" in the middle of class tonight. I want everyone that practices #yoga with me to feel as good as she felt in Half Pigeon (Ardha Kapotasana). 💙
Today, for #IWD2025, let's take a moment to highlight the women that have joined a yoga class to practice with me, women I've collaborated with, and the female-owned brands that I’ve worked with this year. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are appreciated.
We’re adding our health and fitness goals to the studio whiteboard.
Some of you want to get good sleep.
Some of you want to be more active and workout consistently.
Others want to increase your flexibility and get into splits.
Try these 3 things to accomplish your goals. ⬇️
If you want to achieve a goal, you need to do these 3 things:
1. Write down your goal.
2. Share your goal.
3. Make a weekly appointment with your accountability partner.
When you do these things, your likelihood of success goes up to 95%.
