Calls to UK Domestic Abuse Helplines have more than doubled since the lockdown. Victims should know that if they are in danger, they can dial 999, then press 55 and remain silent. Police will know that the caller is in danger and cannot speak. Spread this wide.

@VirginTrains as I’m sure the majority of the rubbish collected on your trains is coffee cups, water bottles, paper & magazines, surely there should be a ‘recycle’ bag and a ‘non-recycle’ bag?? I don’t see any option for recycling on my journey to London; very upsetting!!
