How is this shit possible on FACEIT PLATFORM?
The admins do not even help us when requesting an admin via game chat for ESEA.

We played in the play-offs against a team who can not take a loss. We were wrongfully accused and have the evidence 1/3

The accusation is denied by a simple clip with voice-over explanation.

The admins don't even look at it and just choose to ignore us!!

We have clearly not abused economy nor had ill intent, but we are not getting any support and our game is due.

Most clutches, kills and overall impact, yet still only Grey zone rating.
People should get more rating when they find good impact in shit teams
