@kvngfr17@hackSultan You can count off the top of your head, all the ones you know and I’ve heard, and all the ones your friends know and have heard, and they will not even be up to 100
@Cruiseonly1900@abbietayo Interestingly I have never read the word or even know how it’s spelt, but I use it well, even in pidgin. It’s now I’m realizing it’s a big word.
@saratu@kikimordi Do you also feel this way if it was an std (gonorrhea for example) that was treated in the past?, should it be when it comes up?, or it should be ‘disclosed’?.
@Joe_brendan_ Thinking about it, I think there will also be high demand and spike in low brow areas, that the high brow won’t be able to sustain the resulting increase.
@Joe_brendan_ what will be more likely is Tenants renting the lower priced areas, this will force other high brows rent to drop due to little demand, and it trickles.Currently, to mitigate defaulting, they do 2 years rent upfront, so defaulting will not be the last straw.
@tobyasky I think to settle this debate easier, you both agree on the metrics used to score cultural impact, itemize it, then rate him (OD) with it it. It becomes clearer and the argument shifts to how much impact. Also, football fans humming the song when Declan rice plays, is not small.
@pengmanofficial I think for some things like wigs, clothes, it's the cost on the long run. There was an explanation of how poverty is expensive, the 300k wig will look new even after years of usage, unlike the 70k one.
