@jenny_wen Your company can actually change that! “Worker” is Workday’s default to describe either an employee or contingent worker, but the HRIS team can change the label to associate, team member, etc., if they want.
@chasecar7 Cottage cheese, honey and pretzels is like the easiest but still really good, filling and healthy snack ever. Adding berries takes it to the top
"I'm broke"
- Cheap (can't spend)
- Stigmatized for lack of funds
- Have hit rock bottom
"I'm choosing to stay below the first apron"
- Frugal (could spend but won't)
- Revered for financial willpower
- Doing well enough
I thought the Wolves had no chance against Phoenix last year.
I thought they had no chance against Denver.
I thought they should be able to beat Dallas pretty easily.
So I’m thinking they’ve got no chance against LA
@JeffreyKohl Honestly both. I had a brief moment where I started talking myself into them being able to win the series and quickly squashed that line of thinking. Question now is how much of what I’m supposed to pay in taxes tonight do I put on the Lakers
The old conservative/liberal debates seem so pointless now. There's no ideology that tells you to do tariffs like this. Same thing with anti-vaxx, which is also part of MAGA. Smart/stupid is the most important political divide of our time, not right/left.
@FrankArone@vsky85 The C+ in Econ101 thing would be a better burn if also every PhD in Economics wasn’t also unanimously against it. Larry Summers, the chief economist from the Bush era, is saying it’s a 30 trillion dollar loss
@FrankArone@BillSimmons@ryenarussillo Dangerous to say around wolves fans, but Naz has way too many games with very little impact. His scoring runs are a ton of fun and it’s hard to not root for the guy, but I’m a little worried about his consistency and ceiling for a team trying to contend
The reason the ownership arbitration is taking so long is because after watching this season both sides decided they actually don't want the team and started arguing for the other side to take it
@GroverBen@BrandonMileski I would 100% rather eat a graham cracker or Ritz on its own before a Club cracker. Club needs help from cheese, meat, etc.
Trisket over wheat thin is absurd though
@ZachLD03@BarstoolBigCat Hey Zach, I’m not @BarstoolBigCat but I am an Oreo connoisseur. In my opinion, Double Stuf is the perfect amount. Sometimes I do want more, but they’re easy to double up, but I don’t always want as much as in a mega stuff. Regular is poverty food though
@FrankArone@JaceFrederick 100%. I don’t think it swings the series but them losing Grayson Allen when they already aren’t very deep hurt them a lot I think. But the Wolves really played well in the second halfs, it was impressive to watch
