As if the world isn’t stressful enuf, 8th time calling @comcast for a fraudulent charge (told was likely made by one of their employees) 2 months ago. Over 9 hours with cust serv! Zero help so far + they keep charging me for an Apple Watch I never ordered or got! Suggestions?
@lufthansa I’ve done all that. It is not being handled in a timely or professional manner so now I have to spend more time to publicly post in hopes Lufthansa will finally make this right. We booked specifically with Lufthansa because we expected a good experience.
@lufthansa continues to disappoint. Months after claiming to want to “make things right”, they still haven’t refunded for 1) seating me in a wet, unclean seat that another passenger barfed on, 2) not seating me in seats I paid extra for and 3) partial credit for a 4 hour delay
@SuporttHelpDesk Do you not credit back to original payment credit cards if there are problems with your flights? I think everyone would like to one that before they book with @lufthansa … Lufthansa had agreed that I’m owed credit for over 2 months of back and forth. What’s the hold up?
@SuporttHelpDesk The solution is easy. You have agreed for MONTHS that you owe us a significant credit. Put the credit back on the original form of payment. Why are you making this so complicated and difficult? In hopes that I’ll give up? I have given you more than enough in private messages.
@lufthansa They have refused to apply the credit to our credit card that we originally purchased our tickets. They are requiring our checking account routing info to wire funds, which our bank has advised not to provide. NO COMPANY ever requires bank routing information.
