I'm someone who time-blocks to stay productive.
But I hated having to manually enter each event. So much easier to just jot it down in Apple Notes.
So I made something that brought those two together: a notes-like entry that placed the events right on my calendar.
What if instead of checking all your apps, they came to you? Flexibly can send a daily rundown to give you a glance the day ahead — get info on the weather, clothing suggestions, a summary of your schedule, and more. Alternatively receive it as a text, or in-app!
Dev Update!
Getting the event creation process thoroughly fleshed out, it's really feeling like a real calendar.
This Week
- Finishing the remaining options for the modal
- Event dragging and resizing
- All-day and multi-day events
Next Week
- Adding the travel time auto buffer
- Smart suggesting locations
Why do you keep trying new productivity tools but dropping them within a few weeks? It’s nice to get that beautiful Notion system set up, but why do you stop using it a month later? I spent the last few weeks researching, and wanted to share my findings.

first draft -- write out the what you need to do as you would in your notes app, and watch it get placed on your calendar
this demo is just for events with set times, but once I combine it with the algo powering https://t.co/nCmTh0xvtT it'll also make time/location suggestions
Big things are on the way... the beta is launching soon! Make sure you're on the waitlist.
