Personally I wouldn’t want anyone bar me & my SLT to write our school’s SEF. It would worry me how well someone external truly knew the organisation & surely any given SLT needs to know inside out what their SEF says….

‘Knowledge rich’ can morph into contextless teaching without understanding. Implementation of knowledge organisers suffers from this problem. I look at some and think: ‘this is so abstract and vocab dense!’
