@BFryback Wrong story. “Amtrak Delayed by lack of rested crew & relef crew had to hike through the woods to get to work”. CSX started it, but Amtrak didn’t work the problem correctly. There was no traffic south of Denmark SC.

@poppy_haze Yes, the freight vs Amtrak problem is real, but is a red herring. Amtrak parked a passenger train far away from any station and waited for a relief crew to find the train. From 3pm to 8pm it didn’t move. That’s entirely Amtrak. Why not stop at a station?
