My order was bought with next day delivery on Tuesday and the courier is still showing as not having received it. I needed it TODAY at the latest. I even paid £5.99 for next day!! Please can you fix this!

@AskHalifaxBank Hi, it is occuring with both online and also chip & pin transactions. Usually if it is suspected fraud I get a text and confirm the transaction is okay. Then try again successfully. The last few days I've tried to use the card I've had no text and the transaction fails.

@AskHalifaxBank I'm travelling abroad and will be abroad for the next 2 months minimum. My card has been working abroad with no issues since beginning of January. It has now been blocked. There is no email to contact. I don't want to pay international fees to call you. Help!
