@SAS Hello. Some feedback: One of our bags has been missing for nearly 48 hours. It was sent on the next available flight to Hamburg and has been sat here on the ground ever since. Your ground handler (AHS) seems pretty damn awful. They don’t even answer the phone!

@AskAllSaints Hello. I think your website is having issues at checkout with the payment gateway... I tried ordering last night and again this morning (on two different devices) and get error messages when trying to pay via PayPal, Credit Card and Apple Pay.
