Zero edits made. Everything is direct from the whisper medium model.

Saw this 4 hours ago but can't stop thinking about it. "The generator initialized in the first call is used for the second one (so it continues to generate from where it left off)". Interesting API design choice case study. In PyTorch you pass a Generator, more assumed stateful.

@debayan yeah and it's also hard to get this information. I have a friend who is doing her PhD just about this topic and the findings are very altering IMO.

@debayan unfortunately, I think you cannot assure this. There are uncountable incidents of German police brutality. E.g. just recently, i.e., 2 weeks ago, German police killed 4 people within 7 days either through shots or raw violence. However, they do a really good job in hiding this.
