@DanBiggles22 Quick question for you - do the flanges on the visor only work if the airspeed is 50kph plus? I'm seeing no difference at my modest 38kph :-)

@JohanBruyneel Anything is legal so long as you don't get caught. I suspect many of those accredited with stage wins would have been treated similarly had they had a positive test.
Something to look out for in tomorrow's ITT at the TdF. Pros usually ride a high stack with their saddle in a similar position to their road bikes. Head and tail wind forecast so maybe some adjustments.
@AdamBlythe89 re broken collar bones - caused by a shock wave travelling up a straight arm when crashing, not by direct impact. Took me 40 years to figure that out. Bend the elbows when crashing...
