@SkyHelpTeam Yes your team have spoken with me 3 times today, no one can tell me anything due to Openreach messages not coming through in real time. And apparently my son isn’t disabled in the right way to qualify for assistance. BT told me they’d sort it in 3 days last Friday SUPER annoyed
