@PlayStation Five months until my PS+ membership ends. Will be the first time since 2010 or 2011. All because your sales/promotions team blundered so badly with the Holiday Sale. Existing members should have been able to renew at the same PS+ tier at the discounted rates as well.

@PlayStation Voting with my wallet and letting my 10+ year PS+ subscription expire next year, since there's no discount for current subscribers to remain at the current tier. Plenty of past PS+ games to try between now and then, and then on to backlog, before moving towards PC gaming.

@PlayStation Not giving current subscribers the ability to renew at a discount is such an unforced error. One of many during the Jim Ryan era. Been team PS+ since 2011. Count me out now.
