@buzzeny @Lethamyr_RL @RocketLeague I'm sure my team isn't the only one which isn't even, the game can't expect that there are only even teams so it should try to match an uneven team with another similar team. And matching a C2 and a D2 with 2 GCs doesn't make sense anyways (happens in casual).

@Watahaxl @Lethamyr_RL @RocketLeague I always look at me and my mistakes first. You can't compare the typical "my mates are the problem" with my critisim of the matchmaking...
I just want to play with my friends, but they will stop because the game can't find fair games. Im sure this algorithm can be done better.

@Lethamyr_RL @RocketLeague Example of a day playing RL with a Plat3 Friend, starting in casual:
1st game: Against a GC and a C1
2nd game: Against a GC and a C3
3rd game: Against two GCs (wtf)
4th game: Against a GC and a smurf
After that we tried ranked which got a little bit better but still too hard..

@Lethamyr_RL @RocketLeague Please. Why is nobody talking about the bad matchmaking algorithm? They need to improve it. Me and my friends don't care about the updates as long as this ain't get better. Constantly playing against like two C2 while i'm (a low C2 player) playing with a D2 friend is not fun..

@brxzy_nz @Lethamyr_RL @RocketLeague Causal is actually worse. There we get C3 and GC players.. Of course averaging is not the solution. But there are other ways to write such algorithm like searching for another team with one higher and one lower player and average that

@buzzeny @Lethamyr_RL @RocketLeague The big problem is that in casual it's actually worse! There we constantly play against GCs and im really not exaggerating.. it's sometimes ridiculous. As soon as i get back up to like around 1500 mmr in casual the lobbies are full of C3 and GC players while my mate is like D2.

@Lethamyr_RL @RocketLeague .. and it doesn't make sense. I can't play with my lower ranked friends because we constantly get in lobbies where we can't stand a chance.. this is the only reason my friends will stop playing after like 3 games

@ekersten @Lethamyr_RL Fr it's exactly like this. I don't get why they don't put more effort into this, imho this is very crucial for having fun playing the game. This is the main reason my friends stop playing with me after like 2 or 3 games..

@ekersten @Lethamyr_RL This! And better matchmaking in general.. Most of the time the biggest problem for me and my friends is the smurfs and the bad matchmaking. This updates are useless for us as long as this isn't getting better

@FeerTwitch And I'm not exaggerating.. it's happening every time. Why is nobody talking about that? New game modes or other stuff doesn't help us if the matchmaking is bullshit and the game is full of smurfs

@FeerTwitch The only thing me and my friends want to be better is the matchmaking. I literally can't play unranked games with my friends. I'm C1/C2 and my friends around Diamond 1 and when we cue together we constantly playing against a squad of C2, C3 and GCs or smurfs. Its ridiculous

@atsocrl @Lethamyr_RL Accepting such behavior and saying "that's life" is bullshit. It just shouldn't be that way and therefore we have to say that this is not ok instead of saying "that's how it is".
