i’ve always had a slightly bigger chest than average, and even though i’m 1lb away from classified underweight. im still a C cup. even bmi 14, i was JUST reaching the higher end of an A cup. my chest is one of the biggest factors of my dysmorphia omg i just want a reduction
i’ll usually do 10k steps over the three days within a week to get to my goal, or either 15k and one lazy day. but if i fast, i can just space out 5k two times within 3 days so i dont get that nauseas feeling
i hate that i can actually feel the difference when i don’t eat. i want to get to my lw again so badly & i cannot resist my compulsivity. i am so drained
