Five years ago, I read Why We Sleep. One idea stuck: the best way to improve sleep isn't drugs or trackers, it's simple habits.

Early 2025, I started building Supersleep. The idea was simple: help people build better sleep habits without the anxiety.

I added progressive habit goals inspired by learning meditation. My mentor would say "one minute a day is better than nothing." Start small, build consistency.

Supersleep is about becoming more mindful of your time and routines. Good sleep is the foundation for everything else.

It's been months in the making. This is my passion project, and I couldn't be more excited to share it. ❤️
