Any balloon (i.e. endoscopic view of @CardioFocusAF laser balloon in insert) isolation of the RSPV (A), at times ETCO2 and O2Sat drops slightly. ICE picture below shows the proximity of this vein to the (B) pulmonary artery and explains the physiological phenomenon. #EPeeps

Agree @hhuang123. Wide area antral PV isolation, <30 minute LA dwell times, <60 minute procedure times, single shot isolation with low (zero) flouro are reproducibly attainable due to direct visualization and RAPID mode. #EPeeps @CardioFocusAF
