Risk stratification of pts who develop new onset persistent LBBB post TAVR is always a challenge.Our new paper published in @JICE_EP shows HV interval >= 65 ms,STS score >8, pre-existing first degree AV block and history of Afib predict progression to #HAVB in this pt population.
