.@SingaporeAir awful customer service & age discrimination. Booked exit row seats for 2 passengers on flight LHR-SIN & paid nearly £500 for the seat choice in January to now be told that the passengers don’t meet the criteria for exit row. Apparently 61 & 64 is “elderly”

@SingaporeAir .@SingaporeAir we booked these flights back in January to guarantee bassinet seats for us & our baby and exit row across the aisle for the other passengers so they can support with the baby too. Customer service unhelpful. Very disappointed

@itvMLshow #MartinLewis Do you accrue holiday during a one month notice period when having been made redundant? I was made redundant on Monday and my company are only paying me (or asking me to take some days) for holiday accrued until end of July but my contract will end on August 31st.
