@GoogleMyBiz We submitted an address change but Google review takes 3 days. We've submitted a support ticket asking for immediate removal of the address. Is there anything else we can do? This puts women's lives in immediate danger.

@GoogleMyBiz A domestic violence shelter client was verified today & Google Maps is now displaying their physical address. It must be hidden for safety reasons. We need immediate suppression of the address & conversion to a service-area business. Please advise– we're desperate.

@GoogleMyBiz Thanks Zoe, we tried to list the shelter as a service area business, Google wouldn't allow it. A product expert on the GBP forum managed to escalate the issue & said Google would be in touch to help. Instead, this morning the profile was verified with the address displayed.

On Mar 31, the Happy Cat Sanctuary was devastated by a deadly fire which took the lives of over 100 cats as well as the founder, Chris Arsenaul who died trying to save as many cats as he could. Chris started rescuing cats after his son was killed 20 years ago.
