@Canonaquaphilia Even the ones that just have it as an option usually don't put a lot of detail or animation to it compared to the other fail states. It's a shame!
I liked the "tap me" gimmick when it was used for like cool horror images but can we move on from doing it for everything now please, I want to see your cool art as I scroll and be easily able to share the link to it!
I collabed with Yeecaruw on a new story featuring Kyri and Scarlet (OCs) for Evelyn Dreamer's birthday!

Watching this live was my first experience with witnessing an anime waste all of its incredible potential in real time. Can still admire the animation, art style, and music at least
@Canonaquaphilia A unique thing here is that the hands can play a big role in trying to claw/push the water away to make space for a breath, but I imagine the struggle on dry land would be really hard to animate overall.
@Canonaquaphilia I think restraint goes a long way, but I do think music can add to the tension especially as they run out of air. That said, I wouldn't want it to overpower the voice acting! I love to hear all those little gurgles and gulps.
@AauugghhG@MarimaStudy Honestly this is a big one for me. A lot of games have drowning sounds just be the normal grunts etc they would do on land, complete with gasps etc. that don't make sense. Gimme more muffled gurgles, moans, and gulps!
@rou271 It's not easy, but neither is drawing well! The more you do it the better you'll get. You already have a good sense for comic pacing (imo) so you'll do great!
