@PuppysCals Generally if you don't get any exercise and drink a lot, it'll make it worse. I think he also takes testosterone or steroids and those can cause even more of a "gut"

Btw walking longer distances is so much easier now that I'm in lower 20s BMI?? I remember at my biggest I struggled to do 10k steps, and today I did 15 and I don't even feel it, at all
