@BilliusWoodius@Feeky@BrittanyFerries A French animal passport. Brittany Ferries say they refuse boarding to travellers with pets every crossing. Beware. Other carriers are no problem.
@BrittanyFerries@AmandaA65120862@Feeky We used the pre-check service it said document was valid. The staff said the vet had filled the rabies information in the โwrong columnโ. They proudly told us they stop people boarding every crossing. We have travelled with you on this document before. We wonโt use you again.
OK then, you want to play? Let's do this
Here's a thread of every red flag I can identify in this article, and why they're misleading/dangerous/just generally bad
Strap in, because there are lot of them.

@BrittanyFerries@Feeky We were forced to travel another 100 miles and travel with another ferry company who confirmed they would have accepted the passport - as it is an official French document. It seems that @BrittanyFerries customer services will simply โexplain fullyโ not accept fault.
Update: Left dog in UK and travelled with P&O. Checked the EU passport with them. They confirmed it is valid. @BrittanyFerries has lost a regular traveller.
@BrittanyFerries
Why have we been stopped from travelling to France with our dog on an EU pet passport? We are being told it is not compliant and yet we have travelled at least three times using the exact same passport, with your company.
We were told the passport stamps only proved he entered the UK, not that he left. Magic dog came in several times without ever leaving! #BrexitBenefits
