Brut IPA is a style i was curious but skeptical about. Having tried several exampleas I can say Im a fan. Higher abv attenuated body and a fine lacy jead and fine bubbles all allow the more delicate hop characteristics to shine. Tonight Brut force IPA from @phillipsbrewing
