@AmericanAir Pulling out of the gate for the 3rd time. This happens so often that I shouldn’t get upset. Business as usual I guess. However even though this trip was planed I had a loss in the family & flying PHL instead of EWR I now have a long drive and will miss the memorial service.

God damn @AmericanAir, another cancelled flight! Traveling Sunday to accommodate family time so now that is ruined. So many freaking inconveniences! We advance and innovate in so many ways but airline travel seems going backwards.

I have flown @qatarairways several times & been delighted with extraordinary service, at check-in, flight crews & eve post flight support. I wish this airline would flight to more destinations in this continent. They have a lot to teach other airlines about customer experience.
