My opinion based on what I have seen so far in one week in @BBNaija :

- Shaun: Shaun clearly has one of the hottest and biggest storylines in the house right now. Also, only has two stories— the love story with Wanni and the Shatoria debacle. Beyond the storyline, he stands out as one of the smartest contestants. A cool kid and a gamer with street OT.

- Wanni & Handi: Their energy is off the rooftop, and yesterday's party was a testament to that—they're not just the life of the party; they are the party, imagine if they were not at the party yesterday! One of them is part of the hottest storyline in the house.

- Onyeka: She’s the one person who seems to know everything happening in the house. I call it being self-aware, not just CNN or something. Onyeka is smart, funny, and highly entertaining.

- Kassia and her husband: Kassia is not only beautiful but also super talented and radiates positivity. When Toby finds out about her marriage to Kelly Rae, Baba might collapse ooo. I pity him in advance.

- Topher: He has carried himself exceptionally well, very composed and strategic. Topher brings much more to the show than just his looks. He is definitely one of the standout contestants this season.

- Nelly: Her love triangle with two boys is one of the most talked-about topics in the house right now. Beyond her attractive looks, Nelly is capable of holding engaging conversations and is quite strategic.

- The Radical Boys: They are very sweet to watch and very talented. They should just keep up with the energy and continue to be visible.

How to reduce potbelly:

1. Avoid sugars: soda, honey, fruit juice, etc, will make you add weight.
2. Eat vegetables: cabbage, cucumber, spinach, etc, helps reduce fats.
3. Eat proteins: meats, fish, eggs, etc, helps build lean weight.
4. Intermittent fasting: is good for your weight and body functions.
5. Hit the gym 4-5X/week: lift weights preferably, no matter how small, it's good for your muscles
6. Say goodbye to alcohol: it causes fatty liver and stresses out your liver.
7. Reduce your stress level: have rest periods, or protected hours.
8. Rest more: specifically, have sufficient 6-9 hour of sleep/day.
9. Drink more water: is good for your metabolism, weight loss and body functions.
