I was inadvertently doom scrolling, starting to spiral. Then I pressed play on @GreatestTrek , they instantly had me laughing and pulled me out of it. It’s not just Star Trek dick and fart jokes, it’s hope and stuff, thanks guys!
So I’m re-listening to @80sAllOver podcast for the 3rd or 4th time, and I’m starting to dream about it. Still one of my all time favorite podcasts. @DrewMcWeeny & @scotteweinberg my subconscious is writing you new episodes… they’re not very good but they exist!
@cinemaxwell I love this movie! I’ve already seen it twice. It does seem as though the set exists in its own time bubble and outside of it events may happen in a different order.
@WilliamBibbiani I have a distinct memory of staying up late to watch what I believe was Conan the Destroyer at around the age of 4. I don’t know what was going on.
Rewatching Star Trek: Enterprise, and I can basically sum up the first part of Season 1.
All the Humans on the ship: We want to explore stuff!
T’Pol: But that’s dumb.
Humans: We don’t care! Yay!!!

In MD for work. My GPS told me to turn onto the Harry Byrd Hwy. The moment I heard Harry, I immediately started humming the “Harry Kim drop” from @GreatestTrek . I don’t know who Harry Byrd was but I’m sure his mother was “very proud”
