@MichaelJGras @howigetmynews @Beganovic2024 Charge hourly so it varies. Somewhere between $1-2k representing landlords. Don’t have a lot of tenant clients. I suspect in IL our legal aid is more robustly funded than in MO. In any event yes $5k is alot for an eviction unless someone demands a jury trial!

Time for another favorite of mine from STL. One of the best bbq places in the country I think. This place has it all. Great meats (pork steak, brisket, and ribs all amazing), and great sides…something I feel like lots of bbq places forget. @BEASTCraftBBQ is the place for all things Que around the Lou.
