Back on twitter after a long pause since receiving the worst customer experience of my life at the hands of @brites_Balcas. People need to know if they use wood pellets as fuel.

We have recently received the most appalling costumer experience of our lives from @brites_Balcas, after 7 years of running a pellet boiler. I have never had to resort to social media in this way before. They have zero regard for customers. @ofgem @BiomassHut @thewoodpicker

@brites_Balcas Not by Balcas. Their customer service is appalling. Be warned. They are horrendous.
