As a public company, Microsoft has a responsibility to its shareholders to thoroughly investigate Reid Hoffman’s documented deep ties to Jeffrey Epstein—including what he actually did during visits to Epstein’s Island.

• Massive volume of contact: Over 2,600 mentions/references in Epstein files, with friendly emails and interactions spanning 2013–2018 (well after Epstein’s 2008 conviction).

• Confirmed visits to Epstein’s island: At least one in 2014 (for MIT fundraising, per Hoffman), with scheduling docs showing plans for additional trips to Little St. James.

• Gifts sent: Emails show Hoffman sent ice cream “for the girls” and a “funny bone” statue “for the island” (Christmas Eve 2014).

• Stays at Epstein properties: Planned or actual overnight stays at Epstein’s New Mexico Zorro Ranch, New York townhouse (e.g., Dec 2014 stay followed by breakfast with Epstein, Bill Gates, and others), and the island itself.

• Offered PR help: Emails indicate Hoffman provided counsel or support to help rehab Epstein’s public image during scandals.

• Downplayed / revised his story: Initially described ties as minimal and limited to MIT fundraising; later admitted more meetings and contact after documents surfaced, expressing regret for post-conviction interactions.

• Close relationship until near the end: Ongoing personal emails, invites (e.g., Epstein’s 2015 “play” at island/ranch), and sustained contact despite Epstein’s known reputation.

No criminal charges have been filed against Hoffman. Shareholders deserve full transparency. Microsoft should launch an independent investigation into these ties and their implications for the board.

I got audited for 2022 taxes and the IRS told me I owed like 17,000 in taxes.

I didn't owe them anything.

I sent every piece of evidence and written explanations of every dollar.

The rejected my response, charged more interest and said I owed them 19k now. Even though it took them 11 months to respond.

Had to get a CPA to send a response saying the same thing I said. Cost me $2k for that.

Just got a letter which basically says, ahh.. nevermind.. we are closing the audit.

Very happy I don't have to pay off the US government to get them to leave me alone.

Not very happy I can't bill them the $2k and about 4 fulls days of my own labor that I had to spend to tell them they are incompetent.
