The lease exists in favour of @BPCLimited Kanpur . The dealer was terminated on grounds of adulteration by Kanpur Territory. The lease still exists in favour of BPCL Kanpur Territory but still the corrupt officers of @IndianOilcl Kanpur Division granted an LOI on the said land to family member of terminated dealer within 3 years of Termination against the selection guidelines.

It is highly condemnable that two CORPORATIONS under leadership of @HardeepSPuri Sir are fighting against each other where @BPCLimited can be seen protecting its rights given to it under the lease agreement.

In short @IndianOilcl Kanpur Division is grabbing the land for which lease exists in favour of @BPCLimited .

The dealership should have been terminated by IOCL at the first instance but for the reasons best known to officers of IOCL Kanpur Division the same is not done.

Jo Nagai was raising swallowtail butterflies at his home in Kobe, Japan, when he noticed something odd. The ones he had looked after as caterpillars seemed to recognize him. Wild butterflies fled. His didn't.
He was in second grade. He wrote a four-page letter to Dr. Martha Weiss, an entomologist at Georgetown University who had studied whether moths could retain memories through metamorphosis. He asked if she could help him design a version of her experiment for butterflies.
She said yes.
Using a muscle therapy device, Jo trained caterpillars to associate the scent of lavender with a mild vibration. When the caterpillars became butterflies, 70 per cent of them still avoided the lavender. Their brains had been completely rebuilt during metamorphosis. The memory survived anyway.
Then he bred them.
The offspring, which had never been trained, also avoided lavender. So did their grandchildren. Without ever experiencing the vibration, two generations of butterflies inherited an aversion to a scent their grandmother had been taught to fear.
Jo documented it all in a 33-page research paper and presented his findings at the International Congress of Entomology in Kobe in 2024. He was 10.
A second grader wrote a letter to a Georgetown professor, and together they found evidence that butterflies can pass memories down through generations.

@DMKanpur Sir , in compliance of directions given by Hon’ble High court Allahabad , the office of ADM(LA) has passed order directing PD NHAI to deposit the amount so that the same may be paid to the applicant Mr. Sarvesh Singh.

More than 1.5months have passed from order dated 30.03.2026 but office of @NHAI_Official PD NHAI Kanpur is sitting tight on the matter for the reasons best known to them.

Upon raising the grievance to PD NHAI , a simple reply is given that it is under process. How can a simple payment be in process for more than 1.5months.

This is the level of harassment done by PD NHAI office belonging to @NHAI_Official under @nitin_gadkari . The payment is pending since a decade and now when Hon’ble High Court has directed payment, the PD NHAI Kanpur is unable to provide payment to office of ADM (LA).

@DMKanpur Sir it is most humbly requested to please direct the PD NHAI Kanpur to further not drag the issue and deposit the amount with The concerned office so that the payment may be made to the applicant Mr. Sarvesh Singh.

@nitin_gadkari Sir it is also requested to please sensitize the PD NHAI Kanpur to do the needful in the matter . Till date the issue remains unresolved.

The land of Ex-Army officer of @adgpi @captrahultiwari is being illegally occupied by @BPCLimited whereas the lease of the site has already expired in the year 1981. The PESO Circular dated 26.12.2023 mandates cancellation of license if complaint is filed by landlord but the office of JTCCE Agra is sitting tight on the matter for the reasons best known to him.
@BPCLimited is directly involved in land grabbing tactics of an ex-army officer and all the authorities are sitting tight on the matter raises a serious concern regarding the morality of our society.

Why is @pesoagra office illegally facilitating operations of the retail outlet?

Why is no show cause notice issued in the matter till date when the complaint was filed on 19.01.2026?

Despite being aware that a false affidavit has been submitted by @BPCLimited for renewal of said license why the license is not suo-motu suspended for providing false information?

These questions remain unanswered till date and the land of an Ex- Army officer of @adgpi continues to be illegally occupied by @BPCLimited which is shameful for the nation as a whole.
