我通常用四根EMA来抓短线机会、判趋势强弱。它们本质上代表了不同时间维度资金的成本与防线。

20 EMA 是趋势强弱的分水岭。强势行情里，回踩20线常是顺势“上车点”；一旦实体跌破且收不��去，往往意味着上涨动能开始“泄气”。

50 EMA & 100 EMA 属于多空博弈的缓冲带。价格走到这容易“墨迹”，经常来回震荡、选择方向，适合观察结构突破的诚意。

200 EMA 是最后的趋势生命线。这里能不能撑住，基本决定了长期结构还成不成立。如果持续失守，往往意味着原来的趋势逻辑可能要凉凉～

最后，均线确实基于价格计算，天生带有“滞后性”。但这一点也不妨碍它成为交易新手理解市场最直观、最客观的一把标尺。

说白了，它是你交易地图上的等高线，而不是预测山顶和谷底在哪的水晶球。

突破不难，难的是“回踩确认”。

图中展示了四种常见的回踩形态，理解这些，是判断“突破成立”还是“假突破回落”的核心。

第一种：支阻互换回踩（最容易理解）
价格突破前高后，回踩确认此位置已由压力转为支撑，这是最经典的趋势延续逻辑，入场点清晰，止损逻辑明确。

第二种：趋势线突破后的回踩（变种头肩）
当价格突破斜向下压制趋势线后，回踩这条趋势线，如果止跌，则代表空头控制已被破坏，多头开始主导结构。

第三种：震荡区间的支阻互换回踩（成功率最高）
多次上下震荡后，突破横盘结构，回踩区间上沿再次止跌，是对前期震荡整理的确认，适合跟随新趋势入场。

第四种：收敛三角形突破后的测试（最容易亏钱）
此类结构波动收窄，能量积累充分。突破后回踩三角边缘，是判断动能是���延续的关键，若跌回区间内部，形态失效。

整体来说，突破不是信号，确认才是信号。
破位 → 回踩 → 守住 → 动能出现，这才是一个完整的突破交易逻辑。

1.支撑阻力互换回踩：前高突破后回踩不破，确认支撑成立，是最基础也最常见的趋势突破进场方式。

2.趋势线突破回踩：下行趋势被突破后，价格回踩趋势线附近形成支撑，是最难找入场的突破信号。

3.震荡结构的支阻互换回踩：最容易出现假突破的形态。
6月10日的以太坊 #ETH 走势就是个很典型的例子。

4.收敛三角形的突破测试：无论是向上或向下突破，第一次回踩三角边界位置，都是关键的方向确认点。

原则是：支撑位出现反转蜡烛、叠加信号共振，再确认一次后跟进买入；压力位也一样，看到反转形态并有信号确认，才考虑做空。

不要因为单根K线就急于进场，最好等价格二次确认支撑或压力有效、信号明确，再做决策。

多做确认，不要急于入场，胜率自然就高了。
