Still think it's very plausible, and more likely than not, that the line has increased rents along it's route — at least relative to non-affected areas — but this isn't what you'd expect to see.

Areas West of Paddington and East of Liverpool Street—which see the biggest boost in connectivity from the Lizzie line— increased *less* than London overall.

Wrote a BACI trade API for an HMT Hackathon, and did some vectorDB stuff for cool semantic goods searching + data viz.

Shocked by how quickly vector dbs have become easy and cheap.

There are basically no French-language globally known musicians - I can only think of Stromae.

It’s tempting to blame this on globalisation/Americanisation but Kpop stars; Rosalía; Burna Boy; etc. do very well internationally.
