@RogersHelps Too bad you will not allow current clients to switch to Ignite to help save money during this pandemic. Only NEW customers can sign up for Ignite, does not make sense to treat your current customers so poorly after being with you for over 25 years. Shame.
@RogersHelps and @Rogers has decided to eliminate retention offers for current clients at start of pandemic. They won’t even allow to switch to Ignite but they will sell to a new customer. 25+ years customer, and no one can help. Forcing me to cancel for no good reason. Shame!
